Terms of Service

TCG Predict is a card pricing intelligence platform for the Pokemon TCG market. It uses machine learning models to estimate card values, identify pricing inefficiencies, and provide data-driven insights for collectors, investors, and businesses operating in the trading card space.

The service is operated by August Tech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16843633), and is available at tcgpredict.co.uk.

You sign in using your Google account. One account per person or business entity. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure since it controls access to TCG Predict.

Do not create multiple accounts. Do not share your session with others. If we detect abuse, we may suspend your account without notice.

Model predictions are statistical estimates, not guarantees. Our pricing model analyses historical patterns to generate predicted values, but actual market prices depend on condition, demand, supply, and other factors outside our control.

Price data is sourced from third-party APIs (Pokemon TCG API, eBay) and may contain errors, delays, or gaps. We make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate but provide no warranty of completeness or correctness.

You may:

• Browse card data, prices, and model predictions
• Build and track a personal portfolio of cards you own
• Maintain a watchlist of cards you are interested in
• Use pricing data to inform your collecting or business decisions
• Submit artwork scores to improve the model

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from TCG Predict
• Resell, redistribute, or republish our data, model outputs, or predictions without written permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the pricing model or its parameters
• Interfere with the service, overload the API, or exploit vulnerabilities
• Use TCG Predict for any unlawful purpose

TCG Predict offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, in line with UK consumer rights
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

All prices are shown in GBP. Stripe handles all payment processing and card details. We never see or store your full card number.

Card images and data are provided by the Pokemon TCG API and belong to their respective owners (The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, etc.).

The TCG Predict pricing model, algorithms, predictions, and the software itself are proprietary to August Tech Ltd. You may use the outputs for personal or internal business decision-making, but you may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, August Tech Ltd is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of TCG Predict, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from buying or selling cards based on our data
• Inaccurate prices, predictions, or model outputs
• Service downtime or data loss
• Unauthorized access to your account

You use TCG Predict at your own risk. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You can stop using TCG Predict at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or cause harm to other users.

If your account is terminated, you lose access to your portfolio and watchlist data. Active subscriptions will not be renewed after termination. We may retain anonymised data (such as artwork scores) that has been incorporated into the model.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top will reflect when they were last changed. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
